We had an amazing time at a resort near the beach. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful Jomtien beach. the room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. the breakfast had a variety of delicious options to choose from, giving us the fuel we needed for the day. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room, which added to our overall experience.

If you're looking for room only - this is a good place. Room is clean and staff is very nice and helpfull.

Hotel is far away from the center and from the beach. The name is "sun resort & spa" but there is not spa, not swimming pool and no food in this hotel. Only rooms.... We left the hotel after 1 night and staff understood us why.... For this name of hotel you expect to something else....

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being cleaned daily and drinking water always supplied. The hotel facilities were great, especially the nice swimming pool that my companions and I thoroughly enjoyed. The location near Jomtien beach was perfect, and we had easy access to the beach as well as Baht buses from the main road, just 100m from the hotel. Additionally, there was a 7-11 market within walking distance, along with many restaurants nearby. The staff, especially the male staff at check-in, were friendly and helpful. When the air conditioner in our room wasn't working, he promptly assisted in adjusting it and even offered to move us to another room.

The staff was very good. Especially the manager, who called himself m, was very kind and helpful. He spoke good enough english and was very forthcoming. The pool is still not finished, but when it will be the value will be terrific. The location is very good, close to the walking street and Jomtien Beach. The room was comfortable although the doors let trough quite alot of sound, but we had no problem sleeping. We ended up staying there 3 nights and would have no problem staying longer.

On the higher floors the shower had low preassure. And the doors could be better with regard to noise (noisy guests could be a problem)

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the breathtaking view from our room and the cozy atmosphere with calming decor. The central location was perfect, as it was close to everything we needed. We were also pleased with the delicious breakfast options offered every morning.

the swimming pool was not well-maintained and we were unable to use it during our stay. while we enjoyed our time there, we would suggest improvements in cleanliness and pool maintenance for a more comfortable stay.

The hotel is somewhat out of the way certainly not 800 meters from walking street - would say the distance is more than doeuble that. However "taxi's" are in abundance and don't cost much

We stayed during Christmas and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful decorations around the hotel. the daily cleaning service was efficient and the complimentary drinking water was always restocked. the location was great, with a 7-11 in walking distance and an easy access to Baht buses. the swimming pool was definitely one of the best aspects, it was clean and well-maintained and we enjoyed a refreshing swim every day.

The trash bins were smaller than expected and constantly overflowing. the construction site next to the hotel was quite noisy and disrupted our peaceful mornings.

The bed's were comfy and that;''s the only good thing I have to say about this hotel

What I did not like was the fact it was a very noisy hotel to stay in,my bedding was only changed once the whole time I was there{8 nites}it was nearly two kilometers into pattaya when it was stated 800 meters,the room was not cleaned properly and it was only cleaned at 4/5 pm.The balcony was small and did not even have a table or chairs..i would advise people to never stay at this hotel
